Life, mostly back to normal
Lawn mowing, gardening, and other outdoor activities can usually be resumed. Continue to take great care with your eyes and protect them accordingly.
You may still need artificial tears at this stage, and you can slowly taper off them in the coming months. If you have any questions or concerns, always consult with your LASIK doctor.
Back on the calendar
- Strenuous activities and contact sports, resumed with eye protection
- Lawn mowing, gardening, and other outdoor activities
- Discussing your sporting and exercise activities with your LASIK surgeon
- Artificial tears as needed, tapering off over the coming months
Still normal at this stage
- Some vision fluctuation from day to day
- Sensitivity to light
- Tearing or dryness; it’s part of the healing process
