He believes that investing in the support staff and their training is just as important as the technology. Dr. Wills received his Bachelor of Arts degree at University of Virginia. He also completed his medical school from the University of Virginia and residency from the Medical University of South Carolina, Storm Eye Institute, where he was Chief Resident.
